Membership Application Form

The London Food Coalition Inc. (LFC) is a community-based initiative representing
individuals, organizations and stakeholders dedicated to creating food prosperity 
initiatives that assert fresh food as a fundamental right.

 

This Coalition reduces the costs of food for London organizations. Individual membership to the LFC is open to all residents and businesses within London who are eager to support the work of the Coalition with voluntary contributions (financial and/or in-kind), the provision of experts and expertise, innovation, exchange of knowledge, and advocacy in support of identified needs.

What days and times can your organization be available to pick-up? (Check any/all) The Food Hub is open for pick-up between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Your organization will receive two (2) weekly pick-ups.
