Membership Agreement

The London Food Coalition is committed to fostering a community built on collaboration, shared purpose, and mutual support. As a new member applicant, your organization will become part of a growing network of agencies working together to promote food prosperity across the city. To ensure alignment with our collective values and clarify roles and responsibilities, all prospective members are asked to complete the Membership Agreement Form. This form outlines the expectations, benefits, and guidelines for participation, helping each organization contribute actively to the success of the coalition. By submitting this form, your organization affirms its commitment to increasing access to fresh, nourishing food and supporting a healthier, more sustainable food system for everyone in our community.

I understand that members pay an annual membership fee of $2160.00 ($180/month). This fee supports the operation & maintenance of our vehicle and our Food Hub drivers’ wages. Fees are due April 1 and September 1 annually.
